------------------------

As a result of the NB CUPE strike and work stoppage at the Sugarloaf Senior High School, Listuguj Education, Training & Employment (LETE) has arranged a temporary solution for Listuguj students to continue accessing Enhancement services. Starting Tuesday, November 2, 2021, Enhancement staff will be at the Listuguj Mi’gmaq Development Centre (LMDC) to continue servicing Listuguj high school students. Students may also visit the LMDC to complete their course work with support from Enhancement staff. Although, attendance for online learning is mandatory, physical attendance at the LMDC is not.

For the moment, we ask that students pack a lunch if they wish to stay the full day. All COVID-19 guidelines will remain the same as the high school including the use of masks. Don’t forget that students can arrange to pick up their belongings at the high school between 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily this week.

As usual, transportation will still be provided. However, there will only be one bus running.

Enhancement staff will be available at the LMDC Monday to Friday from 8:20 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. For more information, please contact Bobbi Madahbee at BMadahbee@lete.listuguj.ca or 418-788-2248.

Reminder: LMDC is a scent and citrus free zone.
